Refund & Return Policy

At Munchora (operated by VK Traders), we deal in food products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, in case you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Requests raised without proper photo or video evidence may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for taste preferences or personal liking, minor variations in product appearance, or delays caused by courier partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.
